Where We Ship
We currently ship to:
- United States (main focus, fast shipping from US warehouses)
- New Zealand (limited range – shipping times may be longer)
- Australia (limited range – shipping times may be longer
We’re working on adding more countries in the future.
Order Processing Times
- Orders are processed within 3-5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).
- Once your order has been processed and handed to the carrier, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Origins
Most of our hiking gear is shipped directly from partner warehouses in the United States.
- US customer orders are usually shipped from US warehouses.
- NZ customer orders may ship from US or international warehouses, depending on the product.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
United States

- Estimated delivery: 3–5 business days after dispatch
- Shipping is free
Note: Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other factors outside our control.
New Zealand

- Estimated delivery: 7–21 business days after dispatch
- Estimated delivery: 7–21 business days after dispatch
Tracking Your Order
- Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your package.
- Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear after you receive your tracking number.
If you haven’t received a tracking email within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
For orders shipped within the United States, customs duties are generally not expected.
For orders shipped to New Zealand:
- Your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, and other charges once it arrives in New Zealand.
- These charges are not included in our product or shipping prices and are the responsibility of the customer.
- Please check with your local customs office for more information.
Incorrect Address / Undeliverable Packages
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
- If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we can:
- Reship the order to the correct address (additional shipping charges may apply), or
- Offer a refund minus original shipping costs (if applicable).
If you notice a mistake in your address, contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your tracking shows “delivered” but you did not receive your package:
- Check with household members, neighbors, or your building manager.
- Contact the carrier directly using your tracking number.
- If you still cannot locate your package, reach out to us at and we’ll do our best to help.
If your order is significantly delayed (beyond the estimated time frames), please contact us and we’ll investigate with our shipping partners.
Damaged Items on Arrival
If your order arrives damaged, please:
- Take clear photos of the packaging and the damaged item(s).
- Email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos.
We’ll review the situation and work with you on a replacement or refund, according to our Refund & Returns Policy.
